budvar rolls out the carpet
the brewery opens up as a lively meeting place for visitors, employees and neighbors. industrial processes merge with public space, nature experience and cultural identity. the striking skywalk - staged as a red carpet - guides visitors intuitively through the site, past historic buildings, new attractions and green oases, without interfering with ongoing operations. the result is a place that is both functionally and emotionally accessible to all.

space for all
the welcome center welcomes guests with an open and green design. it combines conference rooms, restaurants, a store and parking spaces at a central point. the green façade not only serves as a design element, but also actively improves the microclimate. the newly designed brewery square becomes a lively stage for encounters, events and spontaneous lingering. spacious ramps and paths connect all the highlights of the brewery without barriers and create a clear, intuitive orientation. upcycled furniture made from old beer barrels gives the place character and at the same time tells of its history.

enjoy history
the historic malt house is being restaged with a light-flooded glass house with tropical vegetation and opens up to the brewery square. the original structure is largely being preserved - a careful treatment of the existing building that makes history tangible. inside, a modern museum is being created that brings the history of czech beer to life. the cellars below will be freed from parts of the steel tanks to create a unique atmosphere for beer tastings. new staircases and elevators will provide convenient access. in this way, the past will not only be preserved, but actively transferred into the future - a multi-sensory experience in the spirit of beer.
