from an old screw factory to a lively district
an old screw factory in the 16th district of vienna, ottakring, is to be developed into a lively district in the traction between urbanity and local recreation.
a closed building is being built facing the street. in the courtyard area, on the one hand, there will be a common interior area that can be used by all future residents as a relaxation and resting area, as well as two-storey terraced houses with terraces. the project comprises a total of 62 residential units from 45 to 120 m2 as well as 56 parking spaces and spacious areas for bicycles, prams and the like. a common room and a laundry room are also included in the planning.
