luv + lee future-proof, vibrant, cool

an innovative concept for climate-resilient living
the "luv + lee" project represents innovative housing solutions that merge the demands of climate change with the needs of society. by focusing on low-tech solutions and natural thermodynamics, the building creates a sustainable, ventilated living environment. utilizing wind and cold air reservoirs, the atrium-style design and cross-ventilated walkway apartments ensure natural cooling. flexible layouts cater to the diverse needs of residents, offering units ranging from type b apartments to large family homes of types e and even f.

community spaces and sustainable lifestyles
a two-story commercial area at the base of the building provides for diverse communal spaces, fostering social interaction and energizing the neighborhood. from urban gardening to facilitated neighborhood projects, the building promotes social bonds and supports sustainable living practices. interaction zones, such as the courtyard garden and rooftop sun deck, offer spaces for all generations—whether gardening, cooking, or playing together. specially designed areas for single parents, seniors, and children create an inclusive and socially sustainable living environment.

rethinking ecology and climate fitness
"luv + lee" combines state-of-the-art ecological standards with innovative climate adaptation techniques. features like green facades, biodiverse green roofs, and a sophisticated rainwater management system contribute to an environmentally friendly community. intelligent structural activation, greywater reuse, and co₂-reduced building materials not only protect the environment but also lower ongoing costs.
