this is an integration building project with approx. 60 residential units as a part of social housing. as the core issue is showcased affordable housing. urban environment: around the building site there are larger, anonymous building structures in the form of long rows.
to give the residents plenty of opportunity to identify with their new apartments, the buildings were broken down into manageable units. the spacious, semi-public space allows for a variety of activities in the small residential area. the diverse path connections motivate the children to play together.
