for this project the main focus is directed the topic of a developer competition in vienna - creating low-cost housing for the residents in vienna.
the project dispenses with internal access corridors. the residential units are stacked back to back and on top of each other. however, despite extremely low construction costs, qualities such as full glazing and the omission of full thermal insulation are offered.
for this housing, there is no underground car park. car sharing reduces the actual parking space requirement.
