a office building as an eye-catcher

for this project design a showroom, office, warehouse and workshop was the room plan. the building site is a difficult to build on, sloping terrain. therefore the client's wish is: an eye-catcher next to the main road. the head of the company would also like to place his office on the roof of the property.

instead of digging up and building huge retaining walls, the building hovers over the site. the boss is not placed on the roof - that would be too much hierarchy. he remains at the level of his employees, but slightly higher and with a special view. the entrance is the dramaturgically special element on the opposite side of the building.
