presentation at initiative architektur

reduction creates space for new perspectives. gerd erhartt's lecture highlights how querkraft uses empathy and curiosity to design architecture that takes a back seat in order to give people space: whether as an underground museum in carinthia that sees itself as a landscape sculpture, or as a car-free IKEA in vienna with over 160 trees on the facade and a public roof terrace. these projects share a clear stance: to create individual architecture with added value using as little as possible, but as much as necessary.

gerd erhartt will speak about this on 10/01/2025 at initiative architektur in salzburg. the event begins at 6:30 PM.

we look forward to welcoming many interested listeners.
