multifunctional office building for a scientific campus
this prject design offers a multifunctional office building as a nucleus for technology-savvy companies in extension to tz aspern iq.
there are many office buildings on the market and there are even some with multifunctional areas on the ground floor. what makes this project unique is the special atmosphere of a lively house.
the atrium enables additional uses. these offer added value in terms of communication. the incentive to rent out space is greatly increased by this active heart.
the buildings can be rented flexibly and easily adapted to various uses. the ability to add floors and the clear separation into primary, secondary and tertiary construction are sustainable.
the house is honest, it is raw and unvarnished. fairings are not required. there are open installations, acoustic baffles, cable routes, etc. ... the concrete ceilings and supports remain unplastered.
